Introduction
Welcome to not-TOYS.com. The following terms and conditions guide the use of and commerce in our online shop. These terms and conditions may be adjusted from time to time. Please read before making an online purchase at not-TOYS.com.
1. General
You can shop our product through our online shop. If you have any questions please contact our customer service for help at sales@not-toys.com. All merchandise remains our property until payment is fulfilled. Any attempts of frauds will be reported to the police. not-TOYS.com reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. No other payment options in addition to those displayed at checkout is accepted.
2. Delivery
I ordered a finished model. When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–5 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
- USA & Canada: 14–28 days
- Europe: 7–14 days
- Australia: 21–35 days
- Japan: 21–35 days
- Other Countries: 14–35 days
I placed an order to build a model. When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 4-9 weeks to build model and fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
- USA & Canada: 14–28 days
- Europe: 7–14 days
- Australia: 21–35 days
- Japan: 21–35 days
- Other Countries: 14–35 days
Where will my order ship from?
Our team consists of professional modellers from different countries! In this regard, your order may be shipped from different countries (Estonia, Poland, Canada, etc.).
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at sales@not-toys.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
3. Orders
How are your products made?
As a rule, we use plastic parts kits to assemble scale models. After the model is assembled, the painting period begins. A lot of time and effort is devoted to coloring and the final result. It is for this reason that all our models are unique and exclusive.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at sales@not-toys.com.
I received a damaged product, what should I do?
Looking ahead a little, we will say that at the moment we have not had a single case when a client received a model with severe damage.
To minimize the risk of damage to the model during delivery, we use strong multi-layer packaging and insure postal items (read more here).
However, we strongly recommend that you follow these steps when receiving an order by mail or from a courier:
1. Before accepting the package, carefully inspect the package for visible damage (pay special attention to the corners of the package, dents or breaks). If there is visible damage to the packaging, be sure to make a written claim to the delivery service employee and photograph the damage to the packaging.
2. Only after a visual inspection of the package, you can proceed to its opening. Carefully remove the black protective film, remove the thick cardboard protection. Separate the halves of the protective foam rubber and carefully remove the model.
3. It will not be superfluous to record the process of opening the package on a video or camera.
4. In case of serious damage to the model, be sure to send us photos of the damage to sales@not-toys.com and we will be able to file a claim with the carrier.
4. Payments
At this moment You have the following options:
– Credit card (Mastercard/VISA/Diners/American Express)
– Paypal
When using credit card you pay immediately at checkout. When the package arrives you pick it up at your local pick-up point. All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured. not-TOYS.com reserves the right to cancel, hold on to or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. not-TOYS.com can also demand you to confirm the order separately by mail sent to the invoice address before your order is delivered.
5. Returns & Refunds
What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at sales@not-toys.com.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at sales@not-toys.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Return Policy
Any claims for damaged items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
6. Security
All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured. Most web browsers use symbols or the guide https:// to show that the page you are visiting is secured. According to EU law not-TOYS.com has to have your approval before handling your personal information. Receiving your personal information helps us to give you good customer service and updates. We will not leave or sell your personal information to third-parties without your permission.
Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or with the use of the website or with any purchase on the website shall be governed by Estonian law. not-TOYS.com may modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any moment. You are therefore asked to accept only the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of purchase with each of your orders.
Ownership of right
All rights, including copyrights at www.not-TOYS.com remain with not-TOYS.com and its subsidiaries. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission.
Integrity Policy
The personal information you forward to not-TOYS.com will only be used in order to fulfill the undertakings not-TOYS.com have and to assure you the best service. You can read more about our integrity policy here.
7. Force majeure
In case of war, civil war, revolution, riot, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster, measures by public authority or similar circumstances not-TOYS.com will apply to force majeure. This means that these terms & conditions can not or only partly be performed. If this occurs not-TOYS.com will try to inform you about this.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
